The Department
The Wagering Products (WP) Division is responsible for driving the Club's business results through the wagering products of Horse Racing, Football wagering and the Mark 6 Lottery. The division manages the Club's wagering operations and product development with the aim to drive business growth and revenue in a socially responsible manner. In addition, the Wagering Products is also involved in leading our international Commingling business and China Sports Lottery co-operation development.
The Customer Systems and Operations team provides the mission-critical wagering operations in account services, claims handling and lottery draw operation. It also leads the adaptation of CRM and automation technology in the Club and drives new initiatives in customer touch point experience and enables technology to support marketing and loyalty program as well as cost-effective internal CRM processes.
The Job
You will
- Support betting account maintenance
- Respond to colleague enquiry and resolve service request in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date & accurate record of betting accounts
- Perform others office duties and ad-hoc tasks
About You
You should have
- Secondary graduated
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
Terms of Employment
Pay-rate
$80 per hour
Working Hour
Mon - Sun: 9:00am to 11:30pm*
*Average 5 working hours per day and 3 working days per week. Actual working hours and days depend on operational needs.
