Responsibilities
Prepare event materials and assist with the setup of event props, signage, and post‑event site restoration
Distribute and collect event materials and souvenirs
Conduct regular patrols of event areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and an overall pleasant environment
Assist guests by answering enquiries, monitoring on-site operations, and providing immediate support when necessary
Host guest engagement activities including surprise moment, mini games and gift distribution
Support attraction operation including queue controls and housekeeping tasks
Assist in carrying out other operation duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Cheerful, polite, and responsible, with the ability to work in outdoor environments and on a shift basis (including daytime and evening shifts)
Good communication skills, able to interact with guests in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
Willing to work on shifts including weekends, public holidays and evenings, is preferred
(actual working hours will be arranged based on operational needs)
Prior experience in customer service or assisting with events / large-scale events will be an advantage
Employment Details
Hourly rate: HK$75
