3. provide daily operational and maintenance support
4. Provide POS system , maintenance , firewall, network , backup operations , security controls in relation to computer hardware, Office server, software, CCTV system and Maintain
5. Provide system support on website content management system and Intranet
6. Provide proficient configuration, testing, technical operational or user support on system hardware, software or services in the areas of responsibility.
Job Requirements
1. Diploma or High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
2. 2-3years working experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting
Hands-on knowledge of PC component, installation and configuration
3. Attentive to details, systematic and willing to follow through tasks independently
4.Background in Relevant experience gained in Hospital work is a plus
Responsibilities
Troubleshooting & providing user supports and server administration
Design, analyze and implement effective computer networks
To work on projects that relates to IT infrastructure
