Key Responsibilities | 主要职责
- Identify and engage potential clients through your existing professional network (we also provide qualified leads and ongoing support)
透过现有专业人脉发掘并接触潜在客户（我们亦会提供合格线索及持续支援） - Schedule and confirm in-person client meetings; accurately record all interactions in our CRM system
安排并确认面对面客户会议；准确将所有互动记录录入我们的 CRM 系统 - Collaborate with our internal team who will manage proposal development, client follow-up, and project execution
与我们内部团队协作，由我们负责方案制定、客户跟进及项目执行
Candidate Requirements | 任职要求
- Established professional network in relevant industries (e.g., insurance, real estate, events, public relations, chambers of commerce, etc.)
在相关行业拥有成熟的专业人脉网络（例如：保险、房地产、活动、公关、商会等） - Or demonstrated sales or business development experience with a strong interest in pursuing BD opportunities (candidates currently employed full-time are welcome to apply)
或 具备销售或业务拓展经验，并对从事 BD 工作有浓厚兴趣（欢迎目前受雇于全职工作的候选人申请）

Remuneration Package | 薪酬待遇
(Commission-based structure with no base salary | 纯佣金制，无底薪)
- Meeting Allowance: HK$500 per confirmed and completed in-person client meeting
会议津贴：每场已确认并完成的面对面客户会议，可获 HK$500 - New Partner Bonus: Successfully schedule 2 qualified meetings within your first week and receive an additional HK$1,500 bonus
新伙伴奖金：首周内成功安排 2 场合格会议，可额外获 HK$1,500 奖金
- Performance Commission: Up to 20% on closed deals, payable upon receipt of client payment
业绩佣金：成交个案佣金最高 20%，于收到客户付款后发放 - Recurring Revenue Share: Ongoing commission on repeat business from referred clients
持续收益分成：来自推荐客户的重复业务可赚取持续佣金
