- Certificate / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- 1 years' related working experience in hotel industry, preferred in Reservations or Telephone Operator
- Knowledge of using Opera PMS is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Polished interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and customer-oriented
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Shift duty is required
- Fresh Graudate will be considered
