Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts and management reports of projects
- Assist in handling the accounting records of the headquarters and service units; provide fieldwork support as required,
- including auditing service units under the organization and assisting in fundraising activities
- Monitor the operating performance of different units in accordance with the approved budgets
- Review the status/progress of various project accounts to ensure that they are in line with the approved cost, time frame and scope of work
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- First level of professional accounting qualification HKSA or ACCA is a plus
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, NGO experience and knowledge of Multiable system would be an advantage
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Accounting Assistant
