Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.
The Division
The Racing Division is committed to managing all aspects of Hong Kong’s world-class sport of horse racing, covering the full value chain — from importation and training to racedays, equestrian, welfare, integrity, and international engagement. With Conghua Racecourse and Greater Bay Area expansion, we’re shaping racing into a dynamic sporting, social, and entertainment experience.
The Job
- Assist The Racing Club Engagement Team to execute Members’ events during racedays and non-racedays e.g. greet Members and their guests, taking photos and attendance, distributing souvenirs etc.
- Work closely under instructions from The Racing Club Engagement Team to ensure a smooth flow of events and minimise error
- Work for non-office working hours and Public Holidays at both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses. Working hours will be notified per job
About You
- Qualification of Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination or above with 5 subjects passed
- Relevant working experience in Customer Service would be an advantage
- Proficiency in using Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
- Responsible, punctual and able to work independently
- An out-going personality and high team spirit to work with others effectively
- Be customer-centric, self-motivated and attention to details and logistics
- A professional manner on handling confidential information
Terms of Employment
Pay-rate: HK$106.50 per hour
Working Schedule: Racedays and Non-Racedays (4-6 hours per day / 6-7 days per month)

Happy Valley Racecourse and Sha Tin Racecourse
