Claims Officer / Senior Claims Officer (Motor) (22K-30K)

🔍 What We're Looking For:

1. A degree holder, preferably in Insurance or a related discipline, or holding a relevant professional insurance qualification such as ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or CII certification

2. At least 3 years’ work experience in handling general insurance claims preferably in Motor and Employees’ Compensation claims

3. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

4. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

5. Candidate with MORE Experience will be considered as Senior Claims Officer

6. Immediately available / Short Notice is highly preferred

💼 Your Role:

• Manage and resolve diverse motor and Employees’ Compensation claim portfolios.
• Deep-dive into investigations to uncover the core facts behind complex cases.
• Drive the strategic vision for claims handling, ensuring optimized reserves through data and expert insights.
• Lead critical negotiations directly with claimants and legal representatives to reach win-win settlements.
• Collaborate with elite external partners, including top-tier solicitors and industry specialists.
• Own the claims lifecycle by continuously monitoring progress and refining processing procedures for maximum efficiency.
