What you’ll learn & achieve:
Management of samples from receiving, internal distribution through lab testing to dispatch dispositioning using database software and stored in the correct location.
Checking samples against sample requirement.
Ensure samples are managed within quality process and in compliance with according the UL Quality and accreditation process requirements.
Maintain an organized, safe, clean and productive work area.
Conducts periodic inventories of sample storage areas.
Transport samples or equipment between location of company.
Other duties as assigned.
What makes you a great fit:
High school diploma or DSE qualification.
Class 2 driving license is required.
Ability to use forklift operation.
Ability to use basic computer software.
Ability to work with hand and small power tools such as saws and drills in a safe manner.
Physical demands include, but are not limited to, standing, reaching, stooping/bending, walking and lifting/carrying objects up to 60 lbs. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
