- 領導和管理分行團隊

- 確保分行達成既定的業務目標和財務指標
- 持續優化分行的客戶服務品質
How You Will Do It:
- Lead and manage the branch team
- Evaluate and improve the branch's workflows and efficiency
- Drives sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity
- Build up strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution
- Ensure the branch achieves its business targets and financial KPIs
- Continuously optimize the branch's customer service quality
職位要求:
- 具10年或以上本行經驗，包括6年珠寶管理經驗
- 熟悉珠寶業的產品、營銷和風險管理
- 能操流利國語、粵語及英語及中英書寫能力
- 擅長領導和團隊管理
- 優秀的溝通和協調能力
- 具有強烈的客戶服務意識
- 了解相關的法律法規和監管要求
- 熟悉POS系統及Microsoft 應用
What we look for:
- With at least 10 years solid working experience in retail industry preferably with 6 years in jewellry or management
- Familiarity with jewelry products, marketing strategies, and risk management
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively to achieve branch goals
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, especially when interacting with customers and colleagues
- A strong customer service mindset and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure branch adherence
- Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft applications
