Description: | Responsibilities
- Perform general teller duties over counter, e.g. receiving and paying cash/check, handling remittance and opening accounts etc.
- Cross-sell retail bank products and handle general inquiries
- Refer customers whenever opportunities arise Requirements - Secondary education or attain the HKDSE with at least 2 years' counter services experience
- Excellent customer servicing skills
- Enthusiastic in promoting and cross-selling banking products
- Willing to participate in offsite promotion activities
- Good command of both Chinese and English
- Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Customer Services Officer (Senior Teller).
