Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operation Playdot, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment for children and families.
Oversee Playdot activities and events, including on-site support, crowd management and service quality monitoring.
Identify, source and manage suitable classes, workshops and programs (e.g. education, arts, wellness, parent‑child experiences) that align with Playdot’s positioning and family‑centric focus.
Curate engaging family and kids experiences, designing thematic program calendars and special activities to enhance member satisfaction and repeat visitation.
Reach out to potential partners (education providers, enrichment centres, NGOs, lifestyle brands) to explore collaboration opportunities and co‑develop programs that enrich the Playdot offering.
Work with management to drive program income and utilisation, monitoring enrolment, yield and customer feedback, and proposing improvements to maximise performance.
Handle enquiries, bookings and complaints professionally, delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Conduct in‑house staff training and prepare implementation plans to maintain high service standards and consistent operating procedures.
Perform regular patrolling and service checks to ensure facilities, safety, cleanliness and customer touchpoints meet company standards.
Assist with administration tasks, including attendance records, booking systems, simple reporting and documentation related to programs and operations.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Diploma or above (or qualification equivalent to QF Level 3); studies in Recreation, Hospitality, Early Childhood / Education or related disciplines are an advantage.
At least 2–3 years’ relevant experience in clubhouse, children’s playroom, family club, or education / enrichment centre operations, with exposure to programming or class / workshop coordination.
Experience in handling class enrolment, schedule management, and basic income or utilisation tracking is preferred.
Comfortable working on shift, including weekends and public holidays, in a front-line customer service environment.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with a warm and professional service manner.
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese / English word processing; familiarity with booking or CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for engaging children and families and collaborating with partners
