Position Overview
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will undergo comprehensive training to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will act as a strategic partner to corporate clients, identifying top-tier talent and driving successful business placements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle, from initial talent sourcing to final candidate placement.
Craft and publish compelling job advertisements across major job boards and professional networks.
Proactively source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their suitability for client vacancies.
Facilitate interview arrangements, provide professional briefings, and manage offer negotiations between clients and candidates.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients and industry professionals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree holder in any discipline (Recent or upcoming fresh graduates are highly welcome).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Driven, energetic, and highly motivated to excel in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong team player who values collaboration and a supportive working culture.
Keen interest in gaining exposure to regional recruitment and corporate HR functions.
