Job Responsibilities:
1. 處理內部及外部文件傳遞, 每月需外勤工作送/收交件,每月約4次 (主要去政府部門交文件)不需要到客戶公司現場工作
2. 協助收集客戶文件,與外部會計師溝通及跟單工作
3. 回覆客戶查詢,處理收寄快遞郵件與郵件管理
4. 協助文件COPY & SCANNING 等工作
1. Manage internal and external document delivery; on-site courier duties about 4 times per month (mainly delivering documents to government offices). No client-site visits required
2. Communicate with external accountants and handle accounting and order-processing tasks.
3. Respond to customer inquiries; manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier handling.
4. Assist with copying, scanning, and related document tasks.
Requirements:
1. Form 5 or above; proficient in English and Chinese
2. Typing 20–30 WPM in both Chinese and English.
3. Punctual, diligent, responsible, honest and courteous.
4. Proactive and responsible with good communication skills.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, half-day shifts; 4 hours per day; 20 hours per week.
Working hours: 2:10 PM – 6:10 PM.
Location: Lai Chi Kok.
