ABOUT YOUR ROLE
-As an Assistant Customer Service Officer, you will focus on providing excellent service by managing customer inquiries and processing orders accurately. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support efficient business operations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
-Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
-Handle order processing and system updates within the required time frame. -Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
-Assist to monitor the inventory level and prepare sales related reports (e.g. daily sales report).
-To assist, back up and provide support to other team members. Samples arrangement.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
-High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with some experience in customer service or a related field (facing customer is must).
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work under pressure.
-Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
-Good team player with a positive attitude.
