Accounts & Administrative Officer (Part-time)
Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily office administrative duties and financial support
- Maintain an effective filing system and records of documents, invoices, and receipts
- Assist in preparing written proposals and budget plans for funding applications
- Streamline and/or knowledge transfers on payments and receipts procedures and control, budgetary control for the company/projects
- Make sure that offices are in good conditions
- Occasionally coordinate events & logistics follow up
- Handle ad-hoc duties and any other duties as required by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree in language, business administration or other business discipline
- Relevant experience in office administration and basic accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good in English and Chinese
- Detail-minded and strong in problems-solving
- Good communication skills
- Bookkeeping or auditing experience is preferable
- Self-motivated and works independently, but also a good team player
- Be curious with a can-do spirit
- Interest in design, art, and performing arts
