Assistant Marketing Officer (maternity leave cover from Sept 15 2026 – Jan 15 2027)
Job Description:
- Lead digital, social, creative, and trade marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and support business commercial growth.
- Develop and manage content strategy across IG, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Develop consumer‑relevant, high-quality visual and written content.
- Manage influencer briefs and partnerships.
- Manage influencer negotiations and vendor relationships.
- Develop POSM including shelf talkers, stickers, in‑store posters.
- Support ATL and BTL initiatives and sampling events.
Requirement:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or retail marketing
- Familiar with e-commerce, online promotion and social media platforms management
- Experienced in event management, in particular organising product expos and marketplaces
- Fluent in oral and written Chinese and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT
- Basic graphic design by CANVA or other AI tools
- Positive attitude and good team player
