Temporary Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: On-site – City One, Shatin, Hong Kong
Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday), 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and creative Temporary Marketing Assistant to support our marketing activities, with a strong focus on social media content creation and short-form video editing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging digital content, editing Reels and short videos, and keeping up with the latest social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content & Video Editing (Primary Focus)

• Create and edit short-form videos for social media platforms

• Produce Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts

• Add English and Chinese subtitles, captions, and simple graphics to video content

• Prepare captions and supporting creative assets for social media posts

• Upload and schedule content across social media platforms

• Organise and maintain content files and media libraries

Digital Marketing Support

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Maintain marketing materials and ensure content consistency across channels

General Administrative Support

• Assist with data entry and record management

• Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required

Requirements

• Good command of English (written and spoken)

• Experience editing short-form social media content such as Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts

• Ability to add English and Chinese subtitles and captions to videos

• Understanding of social media platforms and content trends

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
