Our client is now looking for high calibre candidate to fill the following position:
- Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
1-5 years of relevant experience in main contractor and subcontractor side
Quantity Surveying experience in MIC project is an advantage
Responsible for contract administration and general quantity surveying work including measurement, variation valuation, cost control, claims preparation, dealing with main-contractor’s and subcontractor’s account, tendering preparation and support
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: HK$20K-30K (depends on experience/ skill)
Working location: Kowloon East
