Job Description
- Provide front of the house guest services to guests.
- Attend to all arriving and departing guests.
- Maintain and update guests’ profiles accurately.
- Provide quality service, with colleagues, to all guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously at all time
- Monitor Guest Services Agent with their duties
- Ensure room assignment is in line with guest requests
- Assist Supervisors in their daily responsibilities.
Requirement
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related disciplines
- Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese, ability to speak Putonghua is preferred.
- Knowledge of Oasis PMS is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and work as a team
- Dynamic and energetic
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Shift duty required.
