Job Duties (1.5 mths renewable contract) :
- To engage in research on the local and overseas professional performing arts scene
- To drafting promotion plans and contracts, formulating booking schedules and making necessary reservations and the liaison works for thematic and partnership programmes
- To make use of social media and digital technologies to expand the depth and breadth of audience engagement
- To develop creative contents and marketing strategies for social media / digital platforms; and prepare publicity materials for different programmes / events and work closely with other departments / organisations in respect of promotion and publicity of such programmes / events
- To assist in promoting and arranging procurement of different services for branding and monitoring the standard of the design of publicity / publications including website, digital displays, event calendars, annual reports, promotion space etc
- To assist in updating the content of related websites, monitoring the operation performances and liaising with the service providers for smooth operation
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree major in Communications / Cultural Studies / Social Sciences / PR / Marketing or related fields
- Should have Chinese & English (DSE Lv.5 or CRE Lv.2 or AL C Garde) or equivalent
- At least 3-4 years of experience in event management / marketing or related area
- Immediately available highly prefer
