Job Summary
As a Store Supervisor at NBA Store Hong Kong, you will lead the team in delivering an exciting and authentic NBA experience for fans. You will bridge the gap between retail excellence and community engagement by hosting exclusive events.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership & Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure the store meets sales targets and KPIs.
Community Lead: Organize and host in-store community events, including "Hobby" card opening nights, basketball clinics, and viewing parties.
Market Insight: Act as a consultant for the Marketing and Merchandising teams by providing feedback on local trends, popular players/teams in HK, and customer demands.
Customer Experience: Ensure a premium shopping experience for fans looking for jerseys, footwear, accessories, and collectibles.
Who We’re Looking For:
NBA Superfan: Deep knowledge of current NBA news, rosters, and "on-trend" basketball culture.
Leadership: Proven experience in retail management or team leadership.
Event Experience: Comfortable speaking in public and leading groups for events.
Digital Savvy: Capture in-store content for Instagram and Threads; comfortable being on camera or taking high-quality photos for social media.
Language: Fluent in Cantonese, with good command of English or Mandarin.
