Location: Central, Hong Kong
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: HKD 23,000 – 26,000 per month (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct executive support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Manage all day-to-day office administration, including office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep
- Handle expense claims, receipt verification, and basic accounting / expense tracking
- Support meeting logistics, including preparation of materials and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle incoming calls, guests, couriers, and general correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain proper filing systems and handle confidential documents
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in executive support, office administration, or similar roles
- Prior experience in financial services (e.g. Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking) is a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to handle both executive support and routine administrative tasks
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluent in English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
