Responsibilities
• Carry out billing activities including data entry work, data checking and sending to clients efficiently;
• Handle billing inquiries;
• Handle general clerical work;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
* Work 4-8 hours per day, 2-3 days a week (HK$80 up)*;
Requirement
• Form 5 with foundation accounting knowledge or above;
• Working experience in billing and settlement handling / accounting field is preferable ;
• Proficiency in Word Processing and MS Excel;
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• Responsible, attentive to details , well-organized , hardworking, independent and quick learner;
• Knowledge in “MYOB” accounting system is an advantage
• Immediately available is preferred.
