Visa Officer 簽證專員

• 月薪Monthly Salary：$17000至$18000
• 工作地點Location：北角 North Point
• 工作時間Working Hours：5天工作 5 Days，8am-5pm/9am-6pm

Job Duty工作內容:

1. Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing 簽證申請材料的處理與文件審查和收集
2. Handle customer/applicant enquiries personally or via email, telephone 通過電子郵件, 電話處理客戶/申請人的詢問
3. Handle cash and bank related transaction if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy 處理現金和銀行相關交易, 確保100%準確
4. Record & maintain all application data, ensuring accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero error 紀錄和維護所有應用程序數據, 確保準確及時地將數據輸入系統, 且無錯誤
5. Complete all tasks assigned by company 完成公司分配的各項任務

Requirement職位要求:

1. College, Graduate or Global Equivalent degree 大專,本科或同等學歷
2. 1 year of experience preferably in Travel and Tourism or Service Industry; fresh graduate will be accepted for outstanding candidate至少1年工作經驗,旅行和旅遊或服務行業者優先.優秀應屆畢業生亦可
3. Good at handle customer queries and complaints 善於處理客戶諮詢和投訴
4. Basic knowledge of Computer Skills, proficiency in MS office & good typing speed 計算機技能的基本知識, 熟練使用辦公軟件,良好的打字速度
5. Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 英語, 粵語和普通話水平良好
6. Excellent Interpersonal skills 人際交往能力佳
7. Customer Orientation 以顧客為導向
