Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement online and offline marketing plans and promotional campaigns for assigned product lines, covering digital, social media, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce platforms to drive lead generation and sales conversions.
- Oversee social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), manage content production (including TVCs/videos with agencies), and analyze performance for actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct market & consumer research and competitor analysis to prepare trend reports and refine brand positioning.
- Bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales to drive revenue, while ensuring effective internal communication of marketing objectives.
- Manage daily marketing operations and lead team initiatives to achieve corporate targets.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 5+ years of in-house marketing experience.
- Background in Finance or the financial sector is a significant plus.
- Strong track record in brand building, CRM, and digital innovation with a focus on sales strategy execution.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Highly organized, team-oriented, and demonstrating clear leadership potential to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
