Responsibilities:
Provide all rounds of technical advice to Merchandising teams/Factories & Customers to shoot the production problem.
Deal with Merchandising teams and customers to provide technical and fitting comments, and coach Factories to understand Company standards and requirements.
Responsible for all fit, construction and technical-related efforts from development to production.
Approve the sample fitting and provide comments from the technical point of view.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in a related discipline.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in the US garment market.
Strong knowledge of sweaters from knitting chat, fitting, grading and size specification knowledge.
Able to deal with foreign designers/customer-fit technicians and offshore factories independently.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Immediate availability is preferred
