Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand application workflows, business logic, and functional requirements.
- Plan, design, and execute comprehensive application testing (functional, regression, integration, etc.).
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal teams and end users.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including test cases, user manuals, and release notes.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
- Collaborate closely with development, business, and project teams to resolve defects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in application testing, with a strong focus on web applications.
- Hands-on experience in test planning, test case design, and defect tracking.
- Good knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Advantageous: Experience using Postman for API testing and/or SQL for database verification.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
- Excellent interpersonal skills – a team player who can work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
