工作內容 / Key Responsibilities
- 負責券商門市日常運營,包括接待上門客戶、解答開戶及交易平臺操作問題
- 協助客戶完成系統操作、功能使用指導,提升品牌形象和服務體驗
- 配合公司定期舉辦的展覽及線下推廣活動
- 收集客戶回饋,協助店鋪業務發展資料整理
職位要求 / Requirements
- 大專或以上學歷,金融、市場行銷或相關專業優先
- 具備客戶服務或零售/門店運營經驗,有金融行業背景更佳
- 熟悉基本電腦及手機App操作,能清晰講解流程
- 良好粵語及普通話,基本英語溝通能力
- 主動積極、有親和力,能適應活動期間靈活安排工作
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily securities offline shops operations, including welcoming walk-in clients and answering their questions about account opening and trading platform usage
- Assist clients with system operations and feature navigation to improve branding and service experience
- Support regular exhibition and offline marketing and promotional events
- Collect client feedback and assist in basic data consolidation for business development purposes
Requirements:
- Diploma or above; Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred
- Experience in customer service, retail, or shop operations – background in financial industry is a plus
- Familiar with basic computer and mobile app usage; able to explain procedures clearly
- Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin; basic English communication skills
- Proactive, approachable, and flexible to work during event periods when needed
