Account and Admin Clerk

Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate and manage equipment rental and logistics for concerts and events.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing timetables for the operation crew and staff.
  • Handle applications for venue passes and various event permits.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, data entry, and filing of financial documents.
  • Provide general day-to-day office administrative support.

Requirements:

  • DSE / Form 6 graduate or above
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
  • Proficient in MS Microsoft (especially Excel & Word) and Google Sheets.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, responsible, and a good team player.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
