We are looking for a responsible and careful Part-time Shipping Clerk to join our company. This is a long-term, on-site part-time position in Chai Wan, suitable for candidates who are looking for a stable working environment.
Working Location: Chai Wan
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 6:00pm
Job Type: Part-time, long-term, on-site
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up shipments and related documents for the European and US markets
- Prepare invoices and packing lists
- Handle export documents
- Maintain shipment records and update the internal system
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Provide general clerical and administrative support
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year of shipping experience
- Able to handle multiple tasks, manage time well, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Careful, detail-minded, responsible, and a good team player
- Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
- Immediate availability is preferred
