Job Duties:
- Preparing cakes, pastry, desserts, chocolates and bread
- Operating and monitor ovens, dough and slicing machines
- Preparing ingredients
- Purchasing ingredients, monitoring ingredient inventory
- Monitoring food quality and hygiene
- Managing the operation of kitchen Assisting in other kitchen duties
