Administration Assistant (Facilities Support)
Job Description:
Support daily maintenance of premises, facilities, and equipment
Manage facilities records and assist with license and certificate follow‑up
Conduct regular patrols to ensure workplace cleanliness and proper tool maintenance
Handle sourcing and purchasing of fixed assets and maintenance services
Support ISO audit preparation and documentation
Assist with renovation projects and company events
Skills Required:
1-2 years relevant experience in Property / Facility Management; ISO knowledge is preferred
Well-organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Positive and proactive attitude, friendly, and results‑driven mindset
Immediately available is preferred
