Administration Assistant (Facilities Support)

Job Description:

  • Support daily maintenance of premises, facilities, and equipment

  • Manage facilities records and assist with license and certificate follow‑up

  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure workplace cleanliness and proper tool maintenance

  • Handle sourcing and purchasing of fixed assets and maintenance services

  • Support ISO audit preparation and documentation

  • Assist with renovation projects and company events

 

Skills Required:

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in Property / Facility Management; ISO knowledge is preferred

  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Positive and proactive attitude, friendly, and results‑driven mindset

  • Immediately available is preferred
