Job duties:
· Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting the company’s products to customers.
· Implement a strategic business plan that keeps our existing customers and expands our customer base by developing new business actively.
· Through visiting customers, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand their needs.
· Provide after-sales service and handle complaints.
· Provide essential support to the sales team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
· Handle daily sales activities to achieve the company’s objectives.
· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and report market-related issues.
· Implement and modify marketing strategies to respond to market environment changes and business activities of competitors.
· Collect payments from customers.
· Receive orders, input data, and confirm order details.
· Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Tertiary education or above
Work experience as a salesperson for more than 3 years (experience in Japanese food industry is preferred)
Selling, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer needs.
Excellent knowledge of MS office and familiar with system input
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese. Japanese Speaking is a MUST (JLPT Level 3 or above)
