Key Responsibilities
- Create visual assets for social media, digital marketing campaigns, events, PR projects, and client presentations
- Design both online and offline materials, including social posts, banners, EDMs, brochures, posters, event backdrops, signage, and presentation decks
- Support video editing, motion graphics, subtitles, resizing, and social media content adaptation
- Develop creative visual concepts for campaigns, events, pitches, and client proposals
- Work closely with account, content, PR, and event teams to deliver designs that meet client objectives
- Adapt key visuals into different formats for various platforms and production needs
- Ensure all creative outputs follow client brand guidelines and maintain a professional visual standard
- Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with production vendors when needed
- Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media, Digital Media or related disciplines
- 1–2 years’ relevant design experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong portfolio will also be considered
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, video editing or animation will be an advantage
- Familiar with social media design formats, digital advertising materials and basic print production requirements
- Creative, detail-minded and able to develop visual ideas according to client needs
- Good sense of layout, typography, colour, branding and visual storytelling
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
- A good team player with strong communication skills and a responsible working attitude
