Responsibilities:
• Take minutes during meetings and distribute them accurately to relevant parties
• Manage office correspondence, emails, filing systems, and document control
• Handle scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting room arrangements
• Perform data entry, prepare reports, and maintain accurate office records
• Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
• Proven track record and capable of taking minutes in large-scale meetings is a must
• At least 3 years of relevant office or administrative experience
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good written & verbal communication
