We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Junior Pain Management Consultant to join our pain management center. You will be responsible for introducing and selling suitable treatment plans to clients, while also handling daily administrative and documentation tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to develop a career in the healthcare sector.


【主要職責 / Main Responsibilities】

1. 積極向客戶介紹並銷售中心提供的各類痛症治療方案及服務。

   Actively introduce and sell various pain management treatment plans and services offered by the center to clients.

2. 詳細解釋治療流程、預期效果及相關費用,解答客戶疑問。

   Provide detailed explanations of treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and associated costs, addressing client inquiries.

3. 協助客戶完成預約、登記及付款手續,確保流程順暢。

   Assist clients with appointment scheduling, registration, and payment processes, ensuring smooth operations.

4. 負責日常文書處理,包括客戶資料輸入、檔案管理及報告製作。

   Manage daily documentation, including client data entry, file management, and report generation.

5. 維護客戶關係,定期跟進客戶治療進度及滿意度。

   Maintain client relationships, regularly following up on treatment progress and satisfaction.

6. 與醫療團隊緊密合作,確保客戶獲得最佳的治療體驗。

   Collaborate closely with the medical team to ensure clients receive the best possible treatment experience.


【關鍵績效指標 / Key Performance Indicators】

1. 每月治療方案銷售目標達成率。

   Monthly achievement rate of treatment plan sales targets.

2. 客戶滿意度評分及回頭客比例。

   Client satisfaction scores and repeat customer rate.

3. 文書處理及資料輸入的準確性和效率。

   Accuracy and efficiency of documentation and data entry.


【必備技能與經驗 / Required Skills & Experience】

1. 具備銷售或客戶服務經驗,對醫療健康產業有基本認識。

   Possess sales or customer service experience, with a basic understanding of the healthcare industry.

2. 優秀的溝通和人際交往能力,能夠有效地與客戶建立信任。

   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively building trust with clients.

3. 熟悉基本的電腦操作及文書處理軟體(如Microsoft Office)。

   Proficient in basic computer operations and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

4. 具備診所或醫療相關機構工作經驗者優先考慮。

   Clinic or healthcare-related work experience is preferred.
