Key Responsibilities / 主要職責
Sales & Customer Engagement / 銷售與顧客互動
Actively approach and engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products

Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge

Build long-term customer relationships through warm, personalized service and follow-up

🛠️ After-Sales Support / 售後支援
Coordinate delivery and installation of purchased items
協調已購商品的送貨及安裝
Handle post-sale service including redo-cases, adjustments, and customer satisfaction follow-ups
處理售後服務，包括重做案例、調整及顧客滿意度跟進
Ensure smooth communication between clients and service teams
確保客戶與服務團隊之間的順暢溝通
🛒 Store Operations / 店舖營運
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
維持店舖整潔、有序及具吸引力的環境
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product display
協助庫存管理、補貨及產品陳列
Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns
支援推廣活動及店內宣傳

Enjoys fitness and physical activities, with a genuine interest in health and wellness

Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and during promotional events

Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, moving stock, and assisting with installations

Requirements / 入職要求
Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
具備零售銷售或客戶服務相關經驗
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
擁有良好溝通及人際技巧
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
積極主動、以目標為導向，並能獨立工作
Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
具備基本 POS 系統及 Microsoft Office 操作能力
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
中英文聽說讀寫流利
Physically fit and enthusiastic about fitness and active lifestyles
