We are well-established marketing company in events service industries to provide creative idea for clients.
We are seeking some temp event helper for long term partnership as below:
Date: 1/6 - 25/8
Location: TST
Time: 9:30 - 18:00
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with visitor promotion for a trade exhibition
Invite visitors via phone calls and emails
Conduct research and data analysis to identify potential buyers
Update and maintain database
Draft and proofread creative copy
Pre-schedule and arrange meetings for buyers and exhibitors
Coordinate and assist in various marketing events
Undertake ad hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Good phone manner and communication skills
Relevant coursework (e.g. marketing, communications) or previous experience in events/ exhibition is preferred but not a must
Fresh grad and without working experience are welcome to apply
Diploma or above
Proficient in Microsoft Office apps
