Key Responsibilities :
- Data input daily for accounting entries
- Handle daily Account Payable and monthly Accounts Reconciliation.
- Provide accounting and administrative support on daily operations
- Back up to admin team members and perform receptionist duties if necessary
- Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned
Requirements :
- Degree or above in Accounting or Finance with LCCI intermediate or higher level
- At least 2-3 years working experience, preferably in Accounts Payable
- More experience candidates will be considered as Senior Accounting Clerk
- Detail oriented, mature, well organized and hard working
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
