主要職責:
- 處理強積金平台相關的客戶查詢及投訴,毋須推銷或提供投資建議
- 透過多種渠道(電話、電郵、即時聊天)提供準確及即時解答,提升客戶體驗與滿意度
- 嚴格遵守監控及服務規範,確保熱線中心運作順暢
- 參與完善的在職培訓,並享有清晰的晉升階梯
職位要求:
- 歡迎轉職人士申請
- 中五或DSE以上學歷
- 良好粵語溝通能力,並具備基本英語閱讀理解能力
- 熟悉中英文輸入法
- 具兩年以上處理客戶投訴經驗(零售、餐飲、酒店等行業)者優先考慮
工作地點:荃灣
工作時間:
- 星期一至五 09:00 - 19:00 (每日8-8.5小時一更)
- 星期六 09:00 - 13:00 (長短週)
