Customer Service Specialist – (Call Center) 電話客戶服務專員

Contract Period: March - August 2026

合約期:2026年3月至8月

Working Hour:ž Work 5.5 days per week

  • žMonday to Friday: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm (9 hours/shift), including 1-hour lunchtime
  • Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

工作時間:每星期工作5.5天

  • ž 星期一至星期五︰09:00 am - 8:00 pm(每日9小時一更﹚,包括1小時食飯時間
  • ž 星期六︰09:00 am - 1:00 pm


Responsibilities 職責︰

  • To handle all kinds of customer enquiries and complaints through various channels, e.g. voice, email, letter, instant message and social media
    透過各種渠道(如語音、電子郵件、信件、即時訊息及社交媒體)處理各類客戶查詢及投訴
  • Ensure all emails, letters, instant message and social media are being attended and respond to customers timely in a professional manner
    確保所有電子郵件、信件、即時訊息及社交媒體訊息均得到及時處理,並以專業方式回覆客戶
  • Communicate with customers in a professional & courteous manner
    以專業及禮貌的態度與客戶溝通
  • Record and update all case details received from various channels in the CRM system to track customer interactions and access relevant information
    將從各渠道收到的案件詳情記錄並更新至CRM系統,以追蹤客戶互動並存取相關資訊
  • Work closely with technical service team and internal/external parties to resolve the customer’s enquiries or cases
    與技術服務團隊及內部/外部相關方緊密合作,解決客戶查詢或案件
  • Handle other tasks assigned by your superior
    處理上級指派的其他工作


Requirements 要求:

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
    文憑或以上學歷
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of solid Customer Service Experience
    最少 1 – 2 年的客戶服務工作經驗
  • Experience in home appliances is an advantage
    有家電相關經驗優先
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
    良好的中、英文及普通話書寫及口語能力
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese (Chongjie/Quick) and English typing & CRM system
    熟悉電腦操作,包括 MS Office、中文輸入法(倉頡/速成)、英文打字 及 CRM 系統
  • Good telephone manner and active listening
    良好的電話禮儀及積極聆聽能力
  • Proactive attitude, detail-minded, self-motivate and able to work independently
    主動積極、細心、具能獨立工作能力
  • Possess approachable, friendly personality with a positive attitude and a good team player
    具親和力、友善個性、積極態度及良好的團隊合作精神
