The job
This is a challenging job opportunity for an ambitious engineer, you may require to perform the following functions:
First tier support in a telecom control center including operations and maintenance support for telecom network, monitor & maintain system performance; assist in the coordination and execution of incident response; user interaction and support including call/email response on incident; system documentation and preparation of reports including incident reports; shift duty is required (sound knowledge on network and server, good manner)
