We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to support the HR functions, including recruitment, compensation administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating with professionals across multiple regions, including Chinese Mainland, Singapore and overseas.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for full-time staff, part-time employees, interns, and contractors
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, linkedin, and other professional networks
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers
• Identify suitable candidates and provide hiring recommendations to management
2. Contractor & Flexible Workforce Management
• Support the identification, selection, and onboarding of part-time staff, interns, and external contractors
• Maintain a talent pool of flexible workforce candidates to support business needs
• Assist in evaluating contractor performance and engagement effectiveness
3. Compensation & Benefits Administration
• Assist in the administration of employee compensation, including salary benchmarking and adjustments
• Support payroll coordination
• Maintain employee compensation records and ensure compliance with internal policies
4. Employee Welfare & Engagement
• Support the planning and execution of employee welfare programs and engagement activities
• Assist in organizing staff events, team-building initiatives, and wellness programs
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
5. Operations & Communication
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Assist in updating internal policies and applicable employment regulations on administrative matters
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different regions on HR matters
• Build professional relationships with stakeholders from diverse cultural and geographical backgrounds

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (passionate fresh graduates are also considered)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging with professionals across international markets
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English; Mandarin is highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- 維護員工薪酬記錄,並確保符合公司政策及相關規定
4. 員工關懷與參與
- 協助策劃及執行員工關懷計劃及員工參與活動
- 支援籌辦員工活動、團隊建設及健康促進項目
- 作為員工查詢人力資源政策及福利的聯絡窗口
5. 行政運作及溝通
- 維持準確的人力資源記錄及相關文件
- 協助更新內部政策及相關僱傭法規的行政事宜
- 就人力資源事項與不同地區的內外部持份者保持有效溝通
- 與來自不同文化及地域背景的持份者建立專業關係
任職資格及要求
- 持有人力資源、工商管理或相關學科的學士學位
- 具1至3年相關人力資源經驗(亦歡迎有熱誠的應屆畢業生申請)
- 具備良好的人際溝通能力,並能自信地與國際市場的專業人士交流
- 良好中英文書寫及口語能力(具普通話能力者優先考慮)
- 具備良好的組織能力及細心的工作態度
- 能妥善處理機密資料並保持高度保密性
- 主動積極、適應力強,並能在快節奏環境中工作
