Position: Administrative Assistant
Client: DOH – Special Preventive Programme
Employer: AR Solution Ltd.
Contract period: 12 months starting from April 2026
Working Location: Red Ribbon Centre (RRC) , at 2/F, Wang Tau Hom Jockey Club Clinic, 200 Junction Road East, Kowloon or other venues as requested by the DH.
Salary: HK$19,800.00 per month
Working hours: 44 hours per week, 5 days in a week, from Monday to Friday. Fall between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Job Duties:
(a) to provide general administrative and secretarial support;
(b) to handle contract and procurement formalities, including but not limited to drafting correspondence, assisting the assessment panel, supporting the preparation of contracts and agreements, and filing relevant records;
(c) to handle verbal and written enquiries, and to serve as a point of contact to facilitate communication;
(d) to liaise with relevant parties for inspection visits and submission of records for inspection;
(e) to provide logistic support for meetings and briefing sessions, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, coordinating reservations and setting up venues/facilities;
(f) to assist in monitoring the implementation of outsourced services, including scrutinising reports submitted by service providers and maintaining accurate documentation and records of service agreements, reports and communications;
(g) to assist in consolidating returns, processing payments for outsourced services and monitoring the use of HIV programmes-related expenditures; and
(h) to perform other duties as instructed by the Government Representatives.
Requirements:
(a) a Bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
(b) at least two years of post-degree full-time working experience in administrative and management work (having solid experience in serving senior officers in organisations/enterprises or providing research and statistical support for public health programmes would be an advantage);
(c) good knowledge of computer programme applications, including English and Chinese word processing (倉頡/速成), Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and preferably Microsoft Access, etc;
(d) good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills; and
(e) the ability to serve different supervisors concurrently and work independently, and under pressure to meet deadlines.
(f) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and Level 2 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE); or Level 3/Grade C or above in Chinese Language and Level 2/Grade E or above in English Language (Syllabus B) in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(g) good command of spoken Cantonese and English (fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage); and
(h) good command of written Chinese and English.
[Note: “Grade C” in Chinese Language and “Grade E” in English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to“Level 3” in Chinese Language and “Level 2” in English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
