Duties:
- To assist in department admin support for the government programme
- To assist in data base record management, returns to different government department, personnel record , procurement etc.
- To assist in drafting returns, meeting minutes as well as public enquiry returns etc.
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least 3 years experience in admin/executive support/office support in government runs office or public organisation
- DSE Lv.4(Chi & Eng) or HKALE Grade D (Chi & Eng) or CRE Lv.1 (Chi & Eng)
- Immediately available prefer
