Responsibilities:
To perform general office administration duties and clerical support to Sales & Reservation Department
Developing new potential business and continually enhancing relationships with key accounts to maintain high visibility and increasing market share
Assist analyze and evaluate online market trends to improve the performance of all online campaigns
To collect market intelligence on market trend to facilitate the development of sales strategies
Multi-functional, flexible and perform ad hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
• Diploma or above in related discipline with good English standard
Strong sense of responsibility and time management and detail-minded
Energetic, self-initiated, enthusiastic, positive mindset with good communications & interpersonal skills
A cheerful and reliable team player and be able to work independently under pressure
Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Minimum 2 years of experience work with sales office or customer service role
Strong System knowledge with experience in Opera or Hotel PMS is a plus.
