職責：
- 負責廠房生產設備之日常維修、保養與檢查，確保機器運作穩定。
- 進行故障診斷、機械及電氣調較、緊急維修及必要之小修工作。
- 執行預防性維修計劃（PM），並協助優化維護流程，提高設備可靠性與運行效率。
- 參與設備改善項目，包括結構調整、不合理點改善及提升可維護性。
- 支援設備調試工作，並協助工程團隊進行大型維修或改裝工程。
- 為操作員提供技術支援與培訓：教授基本檢查、清潔、潤滑、操作與安全知識（AM 自主維護），提升現場自主維護能力。
- 協助記錄、分析故障資料，跟進改善措施以降低停機時間。
要求：
- 中學程度或以上；具相關生產設備、機械維修或廠房技術工作經驗優先。
- 具焊接相關知識或技能者優先。
- 持有機電工程署發出的電工牌（A牌）者優先考慮。
- 具備基本機械／電氣維修知識，能獨立處理一般技術問題更佳。
- 願意學習、積極主動，能與工程與生產團隊合作。
- 具基本電腦操作能力者更佳（如：維修紀錄、SAP-PM 系統）
- 每周輪休工作5天，每天工作10小時，按照生產及維修需求加班
