Our client are seeking reliable and well-mannered individuals to join their team as Courier / Mail Delivery Staff.
Requirements:
- F.5
- HK permanent resident is a MUST
- Fluent in Cantonese, English + Hindi or Urdu or Phustu or Hindi or Nepali speaking
- Previous experience in courier, delivery, or related outdoor work (e.g. Food Panda, Keeta, etc.)
- High emotional intelligence, able to handle unexpected situations calmly
- Familiarity with Hong Kong and Kowloon streets
Duties:
- Collect and deliver letters to clients across Hong Kong and Kowloon
- Communicate with recipients and neighbors to confirm delivery details (e.g., relocation, absence, alternative receivers)
- Record simple notes for each delivery situation
