Responsibilities
- 提供銷售管理與支援,包括但不限於銷售訂單的建立、配送訂單的建立、安裝訂單的建立
- 與第三方物流/合作夥伴在營運事務上聯繫並協調
- 準備並產生所需報告
- 依分配協助其他臨時任務
- Provide sales administration and support including but not limited to sales order creation, delivery order creation, installation order creation
- Liaise and coordinate with third-party 3PL/ partners on operational matters
- Prepare and generate required reports
- Assist with other ad hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
- 文憑持有者或同等資格
- 最好有1年相關經驗,且在大型公司工作
- 獨立且有強烈的責任感
- 良好的溝通能力,能在壓力下工作
- 紮實的SAP經驗和Excel熟練度絕對是優勢
- 資料輸入的高精度
- Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications
- 1 year relevant experience preferable in sizable company
- Independent with strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skill and able to work under pressure
- Solid experience in SAP and proficiency in Excel is definitely an advantage
- High accuracy in data entry
